Exchange & Refund Policy

EXCHANGE, REFUND & DELIVERY POLICY

At Maison de Femme, we aim to offer carefully selected pieces and a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Before placing an order, we kindly ask that you review the policy below.

Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges on eligible items that are returned in their original condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Canada: Exchanges are available for orders shipped within Canada. Customers are responsible for all return and re-shipping costs.

USA & International: All orders shipped outside Canada are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Please note the following conditions:

• Only one exchange is allowed per order.
• Returned items must pass inspection before the exchange is approved.
• Once approved, exchanges will be issued as store credit only.

Store Credit

After the returned item has been inspected and approved, a store credit voucher will be sent by email. Original shipping costs are not included in the credit.

• Store credit is valid for 30 days from the issue date.
• Any remaining balance will expire after this period.
• Store credit cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged for cash.

How to Request an Exchange

Requests for exchanges must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.

Once your request is approved, you will receive:

• Detailed return instructions
• The return address for your package

Items must be shipped back within 3 business days after receiving the return instructions.

Customers must:

• Send the return package with a valid tracking number
• Ensure the package is prepaid and properly insured

If the tracking number is not provided within 2 business days, the exchange request may be automatically canceled.

Maison de Femme cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen during the return shipment.

Final Sale Items

Certain items are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged:

• Discounted or sale items
• Eid collection pieces
• Orders that were placed on hold and later combined into one shipment

Refund Policy

Maison de Femme does not offer refunds under any circumstances. All approved returns will be issued in the form of store credit only.

Delivery Policy

Orders are typically processed and delivered within approximately 4–8 business days. Processing times may vary depending on order volume. Weekends and public holidays are not included in this timeframe.

Shipping & Courier Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Maison de Femme is no longer responsible for issues related to the delivery process.

This includes:

• Shipping delays
• Lost or damaged parcels
• Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
• Unclaimed or returned packages

Additional Notes

• Please note that slight variations in color may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen display settings. Such differences are not considered defects.

• Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart before placing an order. Fit and sizing preferences may vary, and exchanges will follow the standard exchange policy.
